Three-Block Synergy

Three-Block Synergy means the AustinEco platform runs on three interlocking blocks: the Customization front (TradeX global smart customization, raising and matching customization/sourcing demand), the Supplier block (ParkOS factory/supplier map and smart parks, organizing supply-side capacity), and the Buyer block (Hive demand-side network, aggregating global buyers and demand). Demand aggregates on the buyer side, is matched by 56-dimension matching on the Customization front, and is fulfilled by supplier-side factories through the 22-node trade flow, forming a demand-match-supply loop. Vertical players such as dental clinics join the Buyer network as nodes. Net profit is shared 50/50 between category partner and platform, with no commission, no rebate, no points.
